CEO/President, Brian Sharp leads the company with over twenty years of experience in property and casualty, managed care, and PPO organizational development. Brian has held management positions with Crawford and Company and other managed care companies/PPOs with strong regional based and national claims and managed care delivery systems. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama and his Master’s Degree from The University of Montevallo located in Montevallo, Alabama.

Vice President, Bethany Cook, has 11 years of health care operations, sales and marketing experience. She entered the managed care market in 1996 after completing her Bachelor of Science degree at Middle Tennessee State University. She has been involved in the growth of prominent companies such as NHC Healthcare and HCA. Bethany was the first Director of Business Development brought on at HCA to head up sales efforts for the HCA Physician Services division.
Chief Information Officer, Brandon Sharp leads the IT team at with a background in software development, programming and network development. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Alabama. Brandon is responsible for the development of several of our Electronic Data Interface solutions in XML Soap, Renovo and Queball™.
Vice President of Network Development, Dorrence Stovall heads up the Network Development team with over 20 years of industry experience. Dorrence previously worked in Administration with Vanderbilt University Medical Center, in network development with Aetna US Healthcare and with FOCUS Healthcare/Concentra leading national recruitment and development efforts.
Vice President of Business Development, Bryan Hunziker, brings over 20 years of managed care, healthcare software and PPO national sales experience to the Prime Health management team. Bryan comes from Intracorp, Genex, CCN (now Coventry Work Comp), HCA and StrataCare and has a well-rounded network development and sales background. Mr. Hunziker received his Bachelor’s Degree from Oregon State University in Corvallis, OR. in 1982 and his Master’s of Science from San Diego State University in 1988. Mr. Hunziker and his family reside in Franklin, TN.
Director of Network Development, Nicki Jolly, has over 10 years of managed care experience and brings a depth of understanding to the Network Development Department. Nicki was formerly of FOCUS Healthcare where she held positions in management for recruiting and network development for regional and national PPO provider contracting.
