Provider Contractor
Prime Health Services, Inc. (PHS) one of the leading Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, and Auto Liability PPO companies in the US is growing rapidly across the country! Our Provider Recruitment/Relations team is seeking candidates who want to join our exciting company based in beautiful Brentwood, Tennessee, a suburb of Nashville.
This position is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and contracting facilities, hospitals, physicians and other medical provider groups. He or she will negotiate contracts ensuring a cost effective contract in compliance with all state, provider, and corporate requirements. Negotiations will primarily be with physicians and hospitals providing group health, workers’ compensation, and auto liability services. The successful candidate will have the skills to obtain favorable fee arrangements for PHS from all providers recruited in a defined geographic territory. They will also analyze data and use data to develop strategies for contracting and re-contracting. This position requires successful recruitment of medical providers to join the PPO network.
Excellent written and oral communications skills, flexibility, adaptability, problem solving capability, creativity, initiative, teamwork skills, prioritization skills, public relations and customer service skills are required. Strong technical skills required, including MS Office.
