EContracting is the online medical provider contracting application that eliminates paper from the business process and establishes a more efficient means of contracting medical providers.

Prime Health Services is now able to contract with a physician, hospital, or ancillary provider electronically from the www.primehealthservices.com website. One of the many innovations of this process is the ability for medical providers to use e-signatures to execute the contract, thus saving time, money, and a large amount of paper that is normally involved in the traditionally manual process. A provider simply needs a mouse and uses a drawing motion to actually sign their name with an online signature.

The eContracting service makes the process of contracting between our national PPO network and a medical provider much easier. Most importantly, it allows providers to complete an executed contract with Prime Health instantly and digitally which eliminating much of the paper cost, postage, and overnight delivery costs we all experience. It also saves time and expense of archiving contracts into a digital format.
