PRIME HEALTH SERVICES LAUNCHES ECONTRACTING ONLINE PROVIDER CONTRACTING TOOL
Efficient online signature application offers cost and time savings
Nashville, TN (October 26, 2007) – Prime Health Services Inc. introduces the next generation of advanced technology applied to the PPO industry. EContracting, the online medical provider contracting application, eliminates paper from the business process and establishes a more efficient means of contracting medical providers.
Prime Health Services is now able to contract with a physician, hospital, or ancillary provider electronically from the www.primehealthservices.com website. One of the many innovations of this process is the ability for medical providers to use e-signatures to execute the contract, thus saving time, money, and a large amount of paper that is normally involved in the traditionally manual process. A provider simply needs a mouse and uses a drawing motion to actually sign their name with an online signature.
Brian Sharp, CEO/President of Prime Health Services said, “Our new online eContracting service will make the process of contracting between our national PPO network and a medical provider much easier. Most importantly, it allows the provider to complete an executed contract with Prime Health instantly and digitally which eliminating much of the paper cost, postage, and overnight delivery costs we all experience.“
EContracting not only reduces paper costs, it also will save Prime Health Services the time and expense of archiving contracts into a digital format. The cost savings of this program is expected to be substantial.
