For example, a provider may be reimbursed based upon billed charges, the Medicare rate in the providers’ area or the fee schedule set forth by the providers’ state for Worker’s Compensation and Auto Liability. In addition, Prime has the ability to create a customized Prime Health fee schedule for each provider wishing to join our national PPO network.
