Billed Charges
In some cases, reimbursement may be based on billed charges depending on the product line and agreement structure.
Medicare-Based Rates

State Fee Schedules
For Workers’ Compensation and Auto Liability, Prime may apply the fee schedules established by the provider’s state.
Customized Prime Fee Schedule
Prime also has the ability to create a customized Prime Health fee schedule for providers interested in joining our national PPO network.
