FRANKLIN, Tenn. (Feb. 23, 2026) — Prime Health Services today announced the promotion of Jennifer Ryon to Chief Product Officer (CPO). With more than 17 years at Prime Health Services, Jennifer will lead the company’s product innovation and development to ensure solutions meet and exceed client needs while strengthening Prime’s competitive position across its lines of business.
In her new role, Jennifer will define and direct the strategic product roadmap, overseeing the full product lifecycle, including market and user requirements, development, launch, marketing alignment, and compliance. She will also continue building and expanding product development as a core competency and key differentiator—accelerating the delivery of new products and enhancements while driving adoption and measurable value for clients.
A central focus of Jennifer’s leadership will be the continued growth of Renovo, Prime Health Services’ software product and associated line of business. She will develop and direct strategic and sales initiatives related to Renovo to expand revenue opportunities and further elevate the platform’s impact in the market.
