In 2018, Kathy joined Prime Health Services as a Senior Client Services Executive. In this capacity, she was responsible for business strategy with our existing Group Health client base. She successfully developed and implemented business strategies and spearheaded significant growth initiatives. Kathy has consistently prioritized the establishment of strong relationships with clients and internal teams, fostering customer loyalty, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
